As every year, Makhzoumi Foundation took part in the Adha Festival at Barbour Commercial Market in Beirut, where joyful and festive vibes filled the area for three consecutive days. The event featured fun-filled activities for children including face painting, drawing and coloring workshops, entertaining games, and many exciting surprises that brought smiles to visitors of all ages.
The Foundation also hosted a handicrafts exhibition, showcasing local handmade products and supporting local artisans. Beyond entertainment, the Foundation raised awareness on the importance of waste sorting at source through the “Yalla Nefroz” initiative. Visitors were also introduced to the Foundation’s wide range of health, educational, social, and environmental programs and services.
The festival continued until midnight on Sunday, June 1, with free entry for everyone — offering a perfect opportunity for the community to celebrate Eid together while learning more about meaningful initiatives.
