The secrets of molding chocolate, choosing its fillings, coloring, and decorating were trained on by Makhzoumi Foundation during the chocolate workshop conducted by the Foundation’s Environment and Development Program, earlier this month. The program continues holding the craft workshops at the Foundation’s main center in Barbour – Mazraa.

أسرار صب الشوكولا واختيار حشواته وتلوينه وتزيينه، درّبت عليها مؤسسة مخزومي في ورشة الشوكولا التي نفّذها برنامج البيئة والتنمية في المؤسسة مطلع هذا الشهر. والبرنامج مستمر في تنظيم ورشة العمل الحرفية في مركز المؤسسة الرئيسي في منطقة بربور – المزرعة.
