What an energizing and transformative gathering of visionaries, educators, and leaders committed to reimagining what’s possible in education.
We are deeply grateful to Mr. Fadi Yarak, Director General of Education at MEHE, for his powerful keynote address. His vision for a resilient, forward-looking education system inspired us and set a bold tone for the conversations that followed.
Throughout the conference, we explored some of the most pressing and promising directions for the future of learning. Key takeaways included:

مؤتمر تشكيل المستقبل: رؤى وقيادة وابتكار في التعليم
شكرًا لكم على مؤتمر «تشكيل المستقبل» الاستثنائي!
لقد كان ملتقى نابضًا بالحيوية والتحوّل، جمع نخبة من أصحاب الرؤى والتربويين والقادة الملتزمين بإعادة تخيّل آفاق جديدة للتعليم.
نتوجّه بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى الأستاذ فادي يرق، المدير العام للتربية في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي، على كلمته الافتتاحية المؤثرة. لقد ألهمتنا رؤيته لنظام تعليمي مرن ومتطلّع إلى المستقبل، وأسّست لنقاشات جريئة وبنّاءة طوال المؤتمر.
على مدار المؤتمر، تناولنا أبرز الاتجاهات الملحّة والواعدة لمستقبل التعلّم، وكان من أهم الخلاصات:
- الحاجة الملحّة إلى قيادة تربوية مرنة وشجاعة في ظل التغيّرات المتسارعة.
- قوة التحوّل الرقمي في توسيع فرص الوصول إلى التعليم، وتعزيز أساليب التدريس، وتخصيص التعلّم.
- الدور المحوري للدمج والرفاه كأساس لأنظمة تعليمية فعّالة، عادلة، ومتمحورة حول الإنسان.
نتقدّم بجزيل الشكر إلى جلسات النقاش المتميّزة حول القيادة التربوية، والتحوّل الرقمي، والدمج والرفاه، لما قدّمته من رؤى عملية وأفكار ملهمة أسهمت في إثراء الحوار وتعميق النقاش.
كما نثمّن عاليًا جهود الميسّرين، ولجنة التنظيم المتفانية، وفريق HGSE MEPLI الرائع. إن التزامكم وتعاونكم كانا الركيزة الأساسية لنجاح هذا الحدث الاستثنائي.
