Through hotlines, Makhzoumi Foundation teams receive daily calls from Lebanese, Syrians, and other nationalities seeking information, requesting assistance, or seeking guidance during difficult times. Every call is a story, and every response is a step toward supporting someone in need of answers or urgent help. Though away from the cameras, this team forms a vital line in the response, connecting people to services and facilitating access to support.

فرق الخط الساخن تربط الناس بالمساعدات
خلف كل استجابة ميدانية هناك فريق يعمل بصمت. عبر الخطوط الساخنة، تتلقّى فرق مؤسسة مخزومي يوميًا اتصالات من لبنانيين وسوريين ومن جنسيات أخرى، يستفسرون، يطلبون المساعدة، أو يبحثون عن توجيه في ظلّ ظروف صعبة. كل اتصال هو قصة، وكل ردّ هو خطوة نحو دعم إنسان يحتاج إلى إجابة أو مساعدة عاجلة. هذا الفريق، رغم أنه بعيد عن الكاميرات، يشكّل خطًّا أساسيًا في الاستجابة، يربط الناس بالخدمات ويُسهّل الوصول إلى الدعم.
