A group of women received training on the basic principles of crochet knitting, at Makhzoumi Foundation Main Center in Mazraa. The Environment/Development Program at the Foundation continues to provide training on handmade craft workshops—particularly the environmental ones—with the aim of expanding the group of people interested in and committed to environmental protection, in Lebanon, as well as helping women discover and develop their abilities and master crafts that enable them to meet their needs and support their families.

تمكين النساء من خلال تدريب حياكة الكروشيه
تدرّبت مجموعة من السيدات على المبادئ الأساسية لحياكة الكروشيه في مركز مؤسسة مخزومي الرئيسي في المزرعة. وما يزال برنامج البيئة والتنمية في المؤسسة مستمرًا في التدريب على الورش الحرفية اليدوية، لا سيما البيئية منها، بهدف توسيع شريحة المهتمين بالبيئة في لبنان والمحافظين عليها، كما بهدف مساعدة النساء على اكتشاف قدراتهن وتطويرها، واحتراف أشغال تساعدهنّ على تأمين احتياجاتهنّ ودعم أسرهنّ.
