Please submit your tender offer in accordance with all of the instructions, requirements and specifications.
You must treat these documents and any further information provided by Makhzoumi Foundation as confidential at all times and only disclose them if necessary, to prepare a compliant response to the tender.
Nothing in the documentation or appendixes, or any other communication made between Makhzoumi Foundation and any other party, can be considered a contract or agreement at this stage.
Duration of Contract
The contract will be for 12-month period which would be renewable annually for a maximum period of 4 years.
To submit your response/proposal please follow the instructions below:
- Click on Apply to participate.
- Fill the required information.
- Download the RFQ.
- Fill the RFQ.
- Upload the commercial registration and commercial circular.
- Upload the filled RFQ signed and stamped.
- Upload the Terms and Conditions signed and stamped.
- Click send for submission.
