Shelters are not limited to schools. As the crisis expands, residential buildings have also been transformed into spaces hosting displaced families. At the Hasbini Building in Beirut, Makhzoumi Foundation teams, in collaboration with UNHCR, distributed dignity kits to women and held awareness sessions on their use and importance for maintaining health and privacy under difficult conditions, supporting women’s dignity and daily well-being.

حماية كرامة النساء في الأزمات
ليست المدارس وحدها مراكز إيواء. فمع اتساع الأزمة، تحوّلت مبانٍ سكنية أيضًا إلى مساحات لاحتضان العائلات. في مبنى حاسبيني في بيروت، عملت فرق مؤسسة مخزومي بالتعاون مع المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين على توزيع حقائب الكرامة للنساء، إلى جانب جلسات توعية حول استخدامها وأهميتها في الحفاظ على الصحة والخصوصية في ظروف صعبة لتحسين كرامة المرأة وصحتها اليومية.
