The project that Makhzoumi Foundation is implementing with the Italian NGO Armadilla includes the visits of the Mobile Medical Unit team to refugee camps inside Beirut. One of these camps is the overcrowded Chatila camp. In the month of March 2016, the Italian mission lead by Professor Aldo Morrone visited Chatila accompanied by the medical team and pharm-D candidate from LAU who is rotating at Mazraa primary healthcare center. People living in the camp received treatment for dermatological conditions in addition to general consultations.
يشمل المشروع الذي تنفذه مؤسسة مخزومي مع الجمعية الإيطالية أرماديللا زيارات فريق الوحدة الطبية النقالة إلى مخيمات اللاجئين في بيروت، وأحد هذه المخيمات هو مخيم شاتيلا المكتظ. في شهر آذار 2016، قامت البعثة الإيطالية بقيادة البروفيسور ألدو موروني بزيارة شاتيلا يرافقه الفريق الطبي والصيلي المتدرّب من الجامعة اللبنانية الأميركية الذي يناوب في مركز الرعاية الصحية الأولية في المزرعة. وقد تلقّى السكان في المخيم العلاج لحالات الأمراض الجلدية بالإضافة إلى المعاينات العامة.
