As part of the holiday preparations, and within the framework of partnerships with local NGOs, Makhzoumi Foundation held a workshop to teach “Chocolate Molding and Decorating” in Zahle, in partnership with Nusroto Association.
This workshop took place in November 2018, participants at Nusroto Association’s Center, where the trainees were taught how to pour chocolate with different fillings, wrap them, and decorate them for holidays and occasions.
تحضيرًا للأعياد وفي إطار الشراكات مع الجمعيات المحليّة، أقامت مؤسسة مخزومي دورة تدريبية لتعليم صب وتزيين الشوكولا في مدينة زحلة، بالشراكة مع جمعية نسروتو.
أُقيمت هذه الدورة خلال شهر تشرين الثاني 2018، في مركز جمعية نسروتو في زحلة، تدرّب خلالها المشاركون على كيفية صبّ الشوكولا بحشوات مختلفة وتغليفها وتزيينها للأعياد وللمناسبات السعيدة.
