Within its endeavor to create new opportunities for youth and build their capabilities, and its relentless work to develop its educational programs, Makhzoumi Foundation Step Forward team discussed collaboration plan and future steps with the Harvard Graduate School of Education, to move forward through professional development and capacity building of educators.
The Middle East Professional Learning Initiative – MEPLI Director Ms. Shaylyn Carey visited Makhzoumi Foundation, where she met with our General Manager Mr. Samer Safah, the vocational training program manager Mrs. Malak El Hout, and the Step Forward Initiative coordinator Mrs. Noura Shaheen.
Ms. Carey Also toured the foundation and learned about all the foundation’s programs and departments.
And within this cooperation, Makhzoumi Foundation supported the Middle East Learning Initiative – MEPLI of Harvard Graduate School of Education, through its first session in Beirut at the American University of Beirut.
The info session was a great opportunity for school leaders, educators and principals to learn more about the program, listen to fellow’s experience and engage with professional networks.
