Empowering people, including women in particular, is at the heart of Makhzoumi Foundation’s mission, especially since job opportunities are not always available.
Since learning handicrafts is a definite opportunity in the hands of the learner, for it does not require large capital and can be implemented at home and with simple tools, Makhzoumi Foundation’s development program is continuously conducting such courses.
One of these crafts is the jewelry making course, which was implemented by the program during the month of July 2019, where participants learned how to make Shamballa bracelets, and the course was admired by the participants.
