Job Interview is the first step in our career path, so it is necessary to be prepared to it very well, to increase the chances of getting a job.
Out of our constant endeavor to empower youth and ensure a better future for them, Makhzoumi Foundation held a workshop on job interview skills at its Aramon Center, attended by a group of interested youth.
The workshop included a detailed lecture on the skills of job interviews, their stages, and how to prepare and conduct them. It also included training on how to prepare a CV, as well as a detailed explanation of the importance of body language during the interview.
The workshop also quoted a set of examples of the most basic and commonly asked questions raised during interviews, and how to respond to them.
مقابلة العمل هي الخطوة الأولى في المسيرة المهنية، لذلك من الضروري التحضر لها جيدًا، لزيادة فرص الحصول على الوظيفة.
وانطلاقًا من سعينا الدائم لتمكين الشباب، وضمان مستقبلٍ أفضل لهم، أقامت مؤسسة مخزومي ورشة عمل حول مهارات مقابلات العمل في مركزها في عرمون، حضرها مجموعة من الشباب المهتم.
تضمّنت الورشة محاضرة تفصيلية حول مهارات مقابلات العمل، ومراحلها، وكيفية التحضير لها وإجرائها. كما تضمّنت تدريبًا على كيفية تحضير السيرة الذاتية، إضافة لشرحٍ مفصّل عن أهمية لغة الجسد خلال المقابلة.
كما نقلت ورشة العمل هذه مجموعة أمثلة عن الأسئلة الأساسية والأكثر شيوعًا التي يتم طرحها خلال المقابلات، وكيفية الرد عليها.
