Aligned with our vision to promote technology and empower youth, Makhzoumi foundation vocational training program signed MOU with ITLS-LB to partner and launch the MOS Championship Lebanon to promote technology and evolutionary skills and providing youth opportunities to participate in the MOS world championship in Orlando, Florida.

Being keen to protect people and environment, Makhzoumi Foundation continues to periodically collect sorted waste in neighborhoods of Beirut and its suburbs, and transfers it to factories for recycling, within its “Let’s Sort” project, which was launched in 2016; schools, residential buildings and institutions benefit from it, and it keeps expanding.

Makhzoumi Foundation Primary Health Care Center was delegated by Ministry of Public Health to host a TV interview between the Serbian TV and UNICEF Deputy Representative in Lebanon. The interview focused on malnutrition and vaccination activities taking place at the Lebanese health care institutions.

To revive handicrafts, Makhzoumi Foundation trains on some of them through applied workshops that it holds at its Mazraa Center, receiving participants from various Lebanese regions. Among these crafts is crochet knitting to make wool clothes and various decorative covers.
Makhzoumi Foundation continues to conduct sewing workshops for children and adults at its Mazraa Center; the most recent were training children on principles of sewing and training adults on principles of clothing repair. The Foundation continues to hold more of these workshops.
