العربيةMrs. May Makhzoumi headed a delegation that paid an honorary visit to His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Union of Arab Chambers, Minister Professor Khaled Hanafi, to honor him as one of the most influential figures in the field of social responsibility for the year 2023, at the Union’s headquarters in Beirut. Mrs. Makhzoumi delivered a speech on this occasion in which she presented the importance of social responsibility and its evolvement in various sectors, in order to achieve scientific, professional and executive spread. She also mentioned His Excellency Professor Khaled Hanafi excellence in adopting and implementing social responsibility. His Excellency Professor Hanafi the delegation for this initiative, and emphasized that social responsibility is one of the most important additions that the Union seeks to adopt a monitoring index for, to include the development of a set of determinants to classify the performance of Arab institutions regarding social responsibility, and to estimate their contributions in their various fields. Dr. Abdel Halim Zeidan also participated in the delegation. At the end of the meeting, Mrs. May Makhzoumi presented the Excellence document to His Excellency Professor Hanafi, with a symbolic gift from Makhzoumi Foundation.
