Makhzoumi Foundation, in partnership with the International Union for Social Responsibility, organized the “Training Forum for Leaders of the Sustainable Development Goals 2030”, which included nearly 300 civil society organizations, in addition to activists and those interested in sustainable development goals from various Arab countries.
The forum was held via Zoom application to take into account the current health conditions, on Monday, May 31, from 4 to 9 pm. It included workshops, introductory presentations, and Arab reports, in addition to launching an introductory guide for the volunteer network for leaders of the sustainable development goals.
The forum also discussed a number of working papers, on the Arab Report on Sustainable Development 2020, assessing policies in sustainable development in terms of skills and application, the framework of sustainable development goals in conflict and crisis areas, education and vocational rehabilitation to achieve the sustainable development goals, in addition to a training program on the roles and applications of the leaders of the sustainable development goals.
This forum had a large presence and great approval from the attendees and participants, due to its importance and great impact on the implementation of the sustainable development goals.
