The people with special needs is one of the most important groups that must be taken care of in any society. As it is not permissible to neglect the members of this group and isolate them from society, but rather to integrate them with ordinary people.
The concept of integrating people with special needs means that they have access to all services, not only in the educational field, but also in the professional, social, medical and other fields … Therefore, this person has the right to have services provided to him and not to be isolated, and it is our duty to strive to achieve this inclusion, so that people with special needs can become productive individuals.
For this purpose, a number of Makhzoumi Foundation employees participated in a training with the “Humanity & Inclusion” association, in Citea Hotel Ashrafieh, dedicated to discussing ways to provide facilities for people with special needs, and preparing facilities and infrastructure according to international standards to become a successful integration environment, & training about merging cases. The training also examined how to prepare a successful integration environment, and an informed community that provides an opportunity for people with special needs.
تعتبر فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من أهم الفئات التي لا بدّ من الاهتمام بها وتقديم الرعاية لها في أي مجتمع. إذ لا يجوز إهمال أفراد هذه الفئة وعزلهم عن المجتمع، بل لا بدّ من دمجهم في المجتمع مع الناس العاديين.
ويُقصد بمفهوم دمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة هو حصولهم على كافة الخدمات، ليس فقط في المجال التربوي، بل في المجال المهني، والاجتماعي، والطبي وغيرها… لذلك من حق هذا الشخص أن تقدم له الخدمات ولا يتم عزله، ومن واجبنا على أن نسعى لتحقيق هذا الدمج، حتى يتمكن ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة أن يصبحون أفرادًا قادرين على الانتاج.
لهذا الهدف، شارك عدد من موظفي مؤسسة مخزومي في تدريب مع جمعية “الانسانية والدمج – Humanity & Inclusion”، في فندق سيتيا الأشرفية، مخصص لبحث سبل تقديم التسهيلات لذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة، وتحضير المنشآت والبنى التحتية وفق معايير دولية لتصبح بيئة دمج ناجحة، خلال تدريب عن دمج الحالات. كما بحث التدريب كيفية تحضير بيئة دمج ناجحة، ومجتمعٍ واعٍ يتيح الفرصة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
