Let’s “Clean Up The Med”

Makhzoumi Foundation’s Environment and Development Program organized a drawing and video shooting contest as a contribution to the environmental activity within the 28^th edition of “Clean Up The Med” campaign, which was launched in the Mediterranean in 1995. This activity aimed at raising awareness on the dangers of Pollution in the Mediterranean Sea and its effect on marine life and humans.

The young man, Hussein Ali Qassem, won in the drawing category, and the two children, Soren Feiken Kurjikian and Aya Ali Hawi, in the video shooting category. The Makhzoumi Foundation selected the winners for their distinguished contribution to this Mediterranean environmental activity
