The leaders’ consortium contributes to the economic self reliance, resilience and social stability of displacement affected populations in Lebanon by encouraging local actors and institutions to develop durable and inclusive livelihood solutions and by advocating for an enabling socio-economic environment.
Makhzoumi Foundation is one of the LEADERS with ACTED, CARE, DRC, Oxfam, Save the Children.
The aim is to engage community leaders on women’s participation in the labor force, Personal development training for male and female youth, Job matching for Vocational Training graduates and unemployed men and women in line with experience and managing expectations and Ethics training for business owners.
EU – MADAD representatives visited Makhzoumi Foundation in Tripoli hosted by ACTED, CARE, DRC, Oxfam, and Makhzoumi Foundation to check the ongoing activities, observe part of an ongoing course and get feedback on the progress. Leaders Consortium was all gathered and a meeting with supported enterprises in business development services.
