Under the patronage and presence of the Director of the National Program for the Prevention of Addiction in the Ministry of Social Affairs, and with the participation of the Makhzoumi Foundation, as well as a large number of NGOs and institutions concerned with health care, Al Shifa Specialist Hospital for Treatment of Addiction and Mental Illness was inaugurated by the Health Commission in Lebanon.
The stage of psychological rehabilitation of the addict is the most important stages that must be taken into consideration, without which the addict may relapse and return to addiction.
برعاية وحضور مديرة البرنامج الوطني للوقاية من الادمان في وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية، وبمشاركة مؤسسة مخزومي، إلى جانب عددٍ كبير من الجمعيات الأهلية والمؤسسات التي تهتم بالرعاية الصحية، تم إفتتاح مستشفى الشفاء اللبناني التخصصي لمعالجة الادمان والأمراض النفسية التابع للهيئة الصحية في لبنان.
وتُعتبر مرحلة التأهيل النفسي للمُدمن أهم المراحل التي يجب أخذها في الإعتبار، والتي من دونها من الجائز أن ينتكس المُدمن ويعود مرة أخري إلى الإدمان.
