President of Makhzoumi Foundation, and Head of the Public Relations Committee of the National Commission for Lebanese Women, Mrs. May Makhzoumi, participated in the Arab regional preparatory meeting for the 63rd Session of the Commission on the Status of Women, held in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The Arab Regional Preparatory Meeting for the 63rd Session of the Commission on the Status of Women was held under the title “Social protection systems, and opportunities for access to public services and sustainable infrastructure for gender equality, and the empowerment of women and girls”, held at the invitation of the Secretariat of the League of Arab States – With the Regional Office of the United Nations Women’s Organization, the Arab Women Organization and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA).
