A partnership between the Lebanese Ministry of Labor, Makhzoumi Foundation and the Legal and Social Guidance Association, training courses have been launched for volunteer observers at the Ministry of Labor.
The details of the training were discussed during a meeting that included the Minister of Labor Dr. Mustafa Bayram, Head of the Child Labor Department in the Ministry Mrs. Nazha Shalita, Government Commissioner Mrs. Rita Bejjani, Vocational Training Manager at Makhzoumi Foundation Mrs. Malak Hout, and President of the Legal and Social Guidance Association Mr. Muhammad Al-Zayat, Mr. Bahaa al-Tabash and Mr. Khaled al-Sheikh.
It includes three training courses on labor law, social security law, international protocols and agreements on child labor and legal inspection procedures in three governorates. A training course will be held in Bekaa on November 19, a second one in Tripoli on November 26, and the third in Beirut on December 3, 2022.
The Ministry of Labor called on those wishing to voluntarily support the Ministry’s inspectors to fill out a form to study the applications by the committee. The deadline for registration is November 12, 2022.
بالشراكة بين وزارة العمل اللبنانية، ومؤسسة مخزومي وجمعية الارشاد القانوني والاجتماعي تم إطلاق دورات تدريبية للمراقبين المتطوعين في وزارة العمل.
وتم مناقشة تفاصيل التدريب خلال اجتماعٍ ضمّ كل من وزير العمل د. مصطفى بيرم ورئيسة دائرة عمل الأطفال في الوزارة السيدة نزهة شليطا، ومفوض الحكومة السيدة ريتا بجاني، ومديرة التدريب المهني في مؤسسة مخزومي السيدة ملك حوت ورئيس جمعية الارشاد القانوني والاجتماعي السيد محمد الزيات و السيدين بهاء الطبش وخالد الشيخ.
وتشمل ثلاث دورات تدريبية حول قانون العمل وقانون الضمان الاجتماعي والبروتوكولات والاتفاقيات الدولية حول عمل الأطفال وأصول التفتيش قانوناً في ثلاثة محافظات. على أن تُقام دورة تدريبيّة في البقاع يوم ١٩ تشرين الثاني، ودورة تدريبيّة في طرابلس في ٢٦ تشرين الثاني، و دورة تدريبيّة في بيروت في ٣ كانون الاول من العام ٢٠٢٢.
ودعت وزارة العمل الراغبين في مؤازرة مفتشي الوزارة تطوعاً ملء إستمارة لدرس الطلبات من قبل اللجنة واخر مهلة للتسجيل هي ١٢ تشرين الثاني ٢٠٢٢.
