As empowering youth is one of our main goals at Makhzoumi Foundation, Step Forward program never stops recruiting and helping interns throughout the year.
Step Forward Initiative recruited seven interns for the month of June, in which the program provided them with the opportunity to practice day-by-day job tasks and acquire the skills needed to experiment with potential career paths.
The Step Forward program is an internship program and a skill-based volunteering (SBV) opportunity to empower youth with the needed skills for employment opportunities in exploring how their discipline looks in the real world.
نظرًا لأن تمكين الشباب هو أحد أهدافنا الرئيسية في مؤسسة مخزومي ، فإن برنامج Step Forward لا يتوقف أبدًا عن تجنيد ومساعدة المتدربين على مدار العام.
إذ قامت مبادرة Step Forward بتوظيف سبعة متدربين لشهر نيسان، حيث أتاح لهم البرنامج الفرصة لممارسة مهام العمل اليومية واكتساب المهارات اللازمة لتجربة المسارات الوظيفية المحتملة.
يُذكر أن برنامج Step Forward هو برنامج تدريب داخلي وفرصة تطوعية قائمة على المهارات، بهدف تمكين الشباب بالقدرات اللازمة لفرص العمل، واستكشاف كيف يبدو انضباطهم في العالم الحقيقي.
