Makhzoumi Foundation carried out through the Development Program/ Crafts and Environmental Arts, in collaboration with the Diplomats’ Spouses Association in Lebanon DSAL, a session on making and decorating wax on February 7, 2017 at the Foundation’s Atelier in Mazraa. A number of Diplomats’ Spouses and their friends participated in the session whereby they learned how to make several shapes of solid and gel wax and how to decorate and perfume them. The participating ladies produced during the session candles for a glass candlestick decorated with ornaments inspired by Valentine’s Day.
نفّذ برنامج التنمية في مؤسسة مخزومي/قسم الحرفيات والفنون البيئية بالتعاون مع تجمّع زوجات الدبلوماسيين في لبنان DSAL دورة صبّ وتزيين شمع في 7 شباط 2017 في مركز مؤسسة مخزومي في المزرعة. شارك في الدورة عدد من زوجات السفراء الأجانب وصديقاتهنّ. وقد تعلّمن خلال الدورة كيفيّة صنع أشكال متعدّدة من الشمع الصلب ومن شمع الجيلاتين Gel وكيفية تزيينه وتعطيره. وقد انتجت السيدات المشاركات خلال الدورة شمعة ضمن شمعدان زجاجي مزيّنة بزينة مستوحاة من عيد العشاق.
