The internships opportunities aim in strengthening youth resilience and empowering youth to utilize knowledge and opportunities that would enable them to confidently participate in economic and social life, and also aims to mobilize and train youth to implement initiatives that benefit their local communities. This was achieved by giving these targeted beneficiaries the market-based skills training (TVET) like Accounting & Excel, Photography, Sales, Line cook, Sewing, Carpenter and Soft skills to develop their abilities, build their knowledge and improve their living conditions
In addition to that, to provide increased numbers of refugees and other affected populations with access to income-generating opportunities and non-formal, vocational training. Activities implemented targeted vulnerable communities refugees where appropriate. The activities build on existing and scalable programs where possible.
This initiative is realized with the support of our partners AVSI and CESVI Onlus funded by UNICEF Lebanon.
تهدف فرص التدريب إلى تعزيز قدرة الشباب على التكيف وتمكينهم من الاستفادة من المعرفة والفرص التي تمكنهم من المشاركة بثقة في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، كما تهدف إلى تعبئة وتدريب الشباب لتنفيذ المبادرات التي تفيد مجتمعاتهم المحلية. وقد تحقق ذلك من خلال منح هؤلاء المستفيدين المستهدفين التدريب على المهارات القائمة على السوق مثل (المحاسبة، التصوير الفوتوغرافي، التسويق والمبيعات، الخياطة، نجار باطون مساعد فني) والمهارات اللينة لتطوير قدراتهم وبناء معارفهم وتحسين ظروفهم المعيشية.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، لتوفير عدد متزايد من اللاجئين وغيرهم من السكان المتضررين من الوصول إلى فرص توليد الدخل والتدريب المهني غير الرسمي. نفذت الأنشطة التي تستهدف المجتمعات الأمس حاجة عند الاقتضاء. تعتمد الأنشطة على البرامج الموجودة والقابلة للتطوير حيثما أمكن ذلك.
