العربيةMakhzoumi Foundation continues the implementation of awareness sessions for kids about the importance of sorting and recycling waste, including environmental hand works; to that regard, an awareness session was held in collaboration with the Development Services Center-Chiah/Ministry of Social Affairs, at Ibn Khaldun Elementary School in the southern suburbs of Beirut, on April 12, 2016. The Foundation presented a video for the fourth grade students about the types of waste and methods of disposal, and a discussion followed. The students made as well hand crafts of solid household waste during the session.
