العربيةMakassed volunteering unit in cooperation with Makhzoumi Foundation and Beirutiyat organized the launching of the projects of the Youth Shadow Council in Beirut, funded by UNESCO. The event was implemented in the presence of the Honorary President of the Makhzoumi Foundation, Mr. Fouad Makhzoumi, the President of Makassed Association in Beirut, Mr. Amin Daouk, the President of the Makhzoumi Foundation, Mrs. May Makhzoumi, member of the Beirut Municipality Council, Mrs. Hoda Usta kaskas, and many school principals, parents and members of the Youth Shadow Council in Beirut. The activity focuses on the importance of communication and dialogue between non-governmental associations to improve and promote society while ensuring that young people are involved in policies and programs that influence their roles as leaders.
