The Environment and Development Program at the Makhzoumi Foundation held a new workshop on molding, coloring, and decorating chocolate. The workshop took place at the Foundation’s main center in Mazraa – Beirut, and included an introduction to different types of fillings, such as nuts, wafers, and soft fillings, along with practical application of several of them. It also covered chocolate coloring, wrapping in paper and decorating for various occasions.
