Makhzoumi Foundation participated in the celebration ceremony organized by the Lebanese Women Democratic Gathering, in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, to announce the results of the expressionist and artistic competition on the issue of the marriage of underage girls under the title “Not before 18 Years Old” which targeted middle and high school students from different schools and universities in Lebanon
The ceremony was held at the “Lawyer’s House”, on May 10, 2019, in the presence of a number of deputies, media representatives, associations and interested parties.
It included a presentation of the designs of the participating schools and universities and the announcement for the winning designs and their prizes – which varied between drawings and design models, as well as reading poems for the winning students.
شاركت مؤسسة مخزومي في الاحتفال الذي نظّمه التجمع النسائي الديمقراطي اللبناني، بالشراكة مع وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي، لإعلان نتائج المسابقة التعبيرية والفنية حول قضية تزويج الطفلات، تحت عنوان “مش قبل الـ18″، والتي استهدف طالبات وطلاب المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية من مدارس وجامعات مختلفة على كافة الأراضي اللبنانية.
أُقيم الاحتفال في بيت المحامي، في 10 أيار 2019، بحضور عدد من النواب والوجوه الإعلامية والجمعيات والمهتمين.
تخلل الاحتفال عرض لتصاميم المدارس والجامعات المشاركة وإعلان الجوائز للتصاميم االفائزة التي تنوعت بين رسومات ونماذج تصميم، بالاضافة الى قراءة أشعار للتلاميذ الفائزين.
