We are proud to celebrate the achievement of our former intern, Tia Moukalled, who was awarded the Practicum Excellence Award by Phoenicia University in recognition of her outstanding internship performance at Makhzoumi Foundation.
Tia completed her internship within the StepForward & Vocational Training Program, where she consistently demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and a strong commitment to excellence. Throughout her internship, she effectively applied her academic knowledge in a real-world setting and made meaningful contributions to the team’s work. Her dedication, diligence, and sense of responsibility reflected the core values of both the Makhzoumi Foundation and the College of Business at Phoenicia University.
At Makhzoumi Foundation, we strongly believe in the potential of youth and are committed to providing internship opportunities that help young people enhance their skills, gain practical experience, and prepare for the job market. الاحتفاء بتميّز الشباب وإنجازاتهم
بكل فخر، نحتفي بإنجاز متدرّبتنا السابقة تيا موكالد، التي نالت جائزة التميّز في التدريب العملي من جامعة فينيسيا، تقديرًا لأدائها المتميّز خلال فترة تدريبها في مؤسسة مخزومي.
وقد أنجزت تيا تدريبها ضمن برنامج StepForward والتدريب المهني، حيث أظهرت على الدوام مستوى عاليًا من الاحترافية والمبادرة والالتزام بالتميّز. وخلال فترة التدريب، نجحت في توظيف معارفها الأكاديمية في بيئة العمل الواقعية، وقدّمت مساهمات فعّالة وملموسة ضمن فريق العمل. كما عكست مثابرتها واجتهادها وروح المسؤولية التي تتمتّع بها القيم الأساسية لكلٍّ من مؤسسة مخزومي وكلية إدارة الأعمال في جامعة فينيسيا.
