As part of support for the National Environmental Strategy 2030, the “Together for a Plastic-Free Environment” Awards Ceremony was launched today at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Saint Joseph University. The event aims to honor outstanding environmental initiatives and strengthen national efforts to reduce plastic use. It was held under the patronage of Her Excellency the Minister of Environment, Dr. Tamara El Zein, in collaboration with the Lebanese National Commission for UNESCO and #MakhzoumiFoundation in the presence of the Foundation’s president, Mrs. May Makhzoumi, along with many official, environmental, and social figures.
