Improving our communities, starts by improving ourselves. Therefore, Makhzoumi Foundation’s staff always works on improving their potentials.
CESVI, in partnership with AVSI, presented a training session on “Monitoring & Evaluation” held under the auspices of the Vocational Training Program for Youth – Phase 2, funded by UNICEF.
The training targeted Makhzoumi Foundation Vocational training staff, from Baalbak, Zahle, Tripoli, Mazraa and Aramoun centers, and it took place at the foundation’s headquarters in Beirut.
This event aimed to foster learning and enhance the team’s capacity on topics of international relevance such as: Basic Introduction to the Monitoring & Evaluation Framework, Essentials of Monitoring and Evaluation for Project Staff, Essentials of Monitoring & Evaluation: Indicators and Outcome Monitoring, Data Collection, Data Analysis, Reporting, M&E Tools & resources, Managing & handling data, Designing & managing effective evaluation process, & Methodologies for collecting outcomes and impact data.
At the end of this training, certificates were issued for all attendees.
