Makhzoumi Foundation obtained the accreditation certificate – the platinum level, from the NGO initiative at the American University of Beirut (AUB NGOi), as the first institution in Lebanon to obtain this certificate after conducting a full evaluation of all departments of the foundation, during which the requirements were successfully fulfilled.
The President of Makhzoumi Foundation Mrs. May Makhzoumi received the shield and certificate from the founding director of the Global Health Institute at the American University of Beirut, Dr. Shadi Saleh, during a brief ceremony at the American University of Beirut, attended by Makhzoumi Foundation’s general manager Mr. Samer Al-Safah, the President’s counselor Mr. Nabih Naamani, Accreditation program coordinator Mrs. Dania Hajj Ali and administrators, in addition to the director of the NGO Initiative at the American University of Beirut, Mrs. Nour Arnaout, and administrators from AUB NGOi.
Saleh: Credits raise the level of services
The founding director of the Global Health Institute at the American University of Beirut, Dr. Shadi Saleh, praised the achievement of Makhzoumi Foundation, stressing the importance of such accreditations, which would make institutions raise the level of their services, preserve their status in the country, and open horizons for an advanced future. Saleh stressed the importance of the partnership between the NGO initiative and private academic institutions.
Makhzoumi: The achievement was achieved thanks to teamwork
In her turn, Makhzoumi Foundation’s president Mrs. May Makhzoumi, thanked the AUB NGOi Initiative for their work and efforts, and for honoring the Foundation, stressing that this achievement was achieved thanks to collective work and the commitment of all Makhzoumi Foundation administrators and employees to the highest professional standards. Makhzoumi concluded her words by promising that the Foundation will maintain its approach by providing the best level of services, and always developing them, in the service of the people of Beirut and Lebanon.
It is noteworthy that this certificate is not the first for Makhzoumi Foundation, as it has previously obtained several certificates of recognition from local and international organizations and evaluation companies, most notably the Social Responsibility Shield, the Excellence Award for Economic and Social Initiatives, and other certificates that the history of Makhzoumi Foundation abounds.
حصّلت مؤسسة مخزومي شهادة الإعتماد – المستوى البلاتيني، من مبادرة المنظمات غير الحكومية في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت AUB NGOi، وبذلك تكون المؤسسة الأولى في لبنان التي تحصّل هذه الشهادة بعد إجراء تقييم كامل لكافة أقسام المؤسسة، تم خلاله استيفاء المتطلبات بنجاح.
وتسلّمت رئيسة مؤسسة مخزومي السيدة مي مخزومي الدرع والشهادة من المدير المؤسس لمعهد الصحة العالمية في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت الدكتور شادي صالح، خلال احتفاليةٍ مختصرة في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت، حضرها من جانب مؤسسة مخزومي المدير العام السيد سامر الصفح، مستشار الرئيسة السيد نبيه نعماني، منسقة برنامج الاعتماد السيدة دانيا حاج علي وإداريين، بالإضافة إلى مديرة مبادرة المنظمات غير الحكومية في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت السيدة نور الأرناؤوط وإداريين من AUB NGOi.
صالح: اعتمادات ترفع مستوى الخدمات
ونوّه المدير المؤسس لمعهد الصحة العالمية في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت الدكتور شادي صالح بالإنجاز الذي حققته مؤسسة مخزومي، مشددًا على أهمية هكذا اعتمادات، والتي من شأنها أن تجعل المؤسسات يرفعون من مستوى خدماتهم، يحفظون مكانتهم في البلد، وتفتح الآفاق لمستقبلٍ متقدّم. وشدّد صالح عل أهمية الشراكة بين مبادرة المنظمات غير الحكومية والمؤسسات الأكاديمية الخاصة.
مخزومي: الإنجاز تحقق بفضل العمل الجماعي
بدورها، تشكّرت رئيسة مؤسسة مخزومي السيدة مي مخزومي مبادرة المنظمات غير الحكومية في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت AUB NGOi على عملهم وجهودهم وعلى تكريم المؤسسة، مؤكّدةً بأن هذا الإنجاز تحقق بفضل العمل الجماعي، والتزام كافة إداريي وموظفي مؤسسة مخزومي بأعلى المعايير المهنية. وختمت مخزومي كلامها واعدةً بأن تحافظ المؤسسة على نهجها بتقديم أفضل مستوى من الخدمات، وتطويرها دائمًا، في خدمة أهالي بيروت ولبنان.
يُذكر أن هذه الشهادة ليست الأولى لمؤسسة مخزومي، حيث أنها حازت سابقًا على شهادات تنويه متعددة من منظمات وشركات تقييم محليّة ودولية، أبرزها درع المسؤولية المجتمعية، جائزة التميز للمبادرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وغيرها من الشهادات التي يزخر تاريخ مؤسسة مخزومي بها.
