The Chocolate Molding and Decorating workshop is still at the head of the craft workshops implemented by Makhzoumi Foundation, despite the economic crisis in Lebanon and the high prices of raw material.
Chocolate is easy to make at home, where cost is lower and its safety is certain. Moreover, it is easily customizable and highly marketed.
And since the turnout for the workshop was heavy, a second workshop was held at the Makhzoumi Foundation’s center.
ما زالت دورة صّب وتزيين الشوكولا في طليعة الدورات الحرفية التي تنفّذها مؤسسة مخزومي، على الرغم من الأزمة الاقتصادية الحالّة بلبنان وارتفاع الأسعار.
حيث أن الشوكولا سهل الصنع في المنزل، وتكون كلفته أقل وسلامته أكيدة. كما يمكن إعداده تبعًا للطلب وتسويقه بسهولة.
وبما أن الإقبال على ورشة العمل كان كثيفاً، أُقيمت ورشة عمل ثانية في مركز مؤسسة مخزومي.
