The American University of Beirut Nutrition Interns at Makhzoumi Foundation Primary Healthcare Center have started their rotation specialized in Malnutrition screening and management. Nutrition is the basic of life; malnutrition, both chronic and acute, resulted in 3.1 million deaths of children under 5 years old. This is why we are increasing our efforts to diagnose children as much as we can.
طلاب التغذية في الجامعة الأمريكية في بيروت المتواجدون في مركز الرعاية الصحية الأولية في مؤسسة مخزومي بدأوا تدريبهم في فحص وإدارة سوء التغذية. التغذية هي أساس الحياة؛ وقد أدى سوء التغذية، المزمن والحاد، إلى وفاة 3.1 مليون طفل دون الخامسة من العمر، الأمر الذي يجعلنا نعمل على تكثيف جهودنا قدر المستطاع فيما يخص تشخيص سوء التغذية لدى الأطفال.
