Chocolate remains beloved by the “public” at all times, especially during joyful occasions. Chocolate molding and decorating workshops at the Makhzoumi Foundation continue to be at the forefront of artisanal specialties. Working with chocolate molding is enjoyable, offers vast room for creativity, and has a highly popular market. The Environment and Development Program at the Makhzoumi Foundation held a similar workshop, at the end of May, which was well received by the participants; the Program continues preparing for new workshops.
