Makhzoumi Foundation’s Development and Environment Program launched during March many crafts workshops, that teaches women new skills they can benefit from, and become financially independent.
Embroidery
Makhzoumi Foundation’s Development and Environment Program launched a new craft workshop in the Embroidery field, during which the participants enjoyed learning the basic stitches of this craft and applying them to make roses and artistic lines;
In next workshop, they will learn more stitches and produce different works.
Marzipan
Marzipan is one of the traditional sweets, prepared from almonds or pistachios, and it has become part of our Lebanese traditions; Makhzoumi Foundation has been training on making it for two decades, and it is still going on.
أقام برنامج التنمية والبيئة التابع لمؤسسة مخزومي خلال شهر آذار / مارس العديد من ورش العمل الحرفية التي تعلّم النساء مهارات جديدة يمكنهن الاستفادة منها لتحقيق الاستقلال المالي.
التطريز
أطلق برنامج البيئة التنمية في مؤسسة مخزومي ورشة عمل حرفية جديدة في مجال التطريز، إستمتعت خلالها المشاركات بتعلّم القطب التأسيسيّة لهذه الحرفة، وتطبيقها على شكل ورود وخطوط فنيّة، على أن تتعلّمن في ورشة تالية المزيد من القطب، وتُنتجن أعمالاً منها.
المرصبان
المرصبان هو نوع من الحلويات التقليدية التي تُحضَّر من اللوز أو من الفستق، وقد أصبحت جزءًا من تقاليدنا اللبنانية، وتدرّب مؤسسة مخزومي منذ عقدين على صناعتها، وما زالت مستمرّة.
