Makhzoumi Foundation attended the annual ceremony of the L’Oréal-UNESCO Awards, “For Women in Science”, the Young Talents Program for the Arab Mashreq. The ceremony was held under the patronage of the previous Minister of Information in Lebanon Eng. Ziad Al-Makari, Minister Dr. Tamara Al-Zein, Secretary General of the National Council for Scientific Research, and Mrs. Emily Wahab Harb, General Manager of L’Oréal Lebanon. The ceremony took place on February 13, 2025, at the Middle East Airlines Training Center – Beirut, under the slogan “The world needs science, and science needs women”, during which six researchers from the Arab Mashreq region, including Lebanon, were honored.
شاركت مؤسسة مخزومي في حضور الحفل التكريمي السنوي لجوائز لوريال-اليونسكو “من أجل المرأة في العلم” برنامج المواهب الشابة للمشرق العربي. جرى الحفل برعاية وزير الإعلام السابق المهندس زياد المكاري، ووزيرة البيئة الدكتورة تمارا الزين، الأمينة العامة للمجلس الوطني للبحوث العلمي، والسيدة ايميلي وهاب حرب المديرة العامة لشركة لوريال- لبنان. جرى الحفل في 13 شباط 2025 في المركز التدريبي لشركة طيران الشرق الأوسط – بيروت، تحت شعار “العالم يحتاج الى العلم، والعلم يحتاج الى المرأة” وجرى خلاله تكريم ست باحثات من منطقة المشرق العربي، ومن ضمنها لبنان.
