Sweets and craft workshops have been receiving increased interest with the escalation of the economic crisis and the outbreak of the Corona epidemic; handwork at home saves money, maintains social distancing and guarantees food safety.
The Environment and Development Program at Makhzoumi Foundation carried out a training workshop on preparing marzipan paste from almonds and pistachios, as well as on coloring for those who wish to form figures like fruits, flowers and others. The workshop was held at Makhzoumi Foundation Center in Al Mazraa, on November 9 and 11, 2020.
Training workshops on making sweets at home are receiving increased interest as they ensure cleanliness and safety of food, and save money. To that regard, Makhzoumi Foundation trained on preparing marzipan paste from almonds and pistachios, and on decorating it.
إزداد الاهتمام بدورات الحلويات وبالدورات الحرفية مع تفاقم الأزمة الاقتصادية وتفشي وباء كورونا، ففي العمل اليدوي في المنزل، توفير للمال وحفاظٌ على التباعد الاجتماعي وضمانة لسلامة الأغذية. وقد نفّذ برنامج البيئة والتنمية في مؤسسة مخزومي، ورشة عمل تدريبية على إعداد عجينة المرصبان من اللوز والفستق الحلبي، كما على تلوينها لمن يرغب بتشكيل مجسمات منها شبيهة بالفاكهة والزهور وغيرها. أقيمت الدورة في مركز مؤسسة مخزومي في المزرعة، في 9 و 11 تشرين الثاني 2020.
إزداد الاهتمام بورش التدريب على صنع الحلويات في المنزل، لما تؤمّنه من نظافة وسلامة الأغذية، وتوفير للمال. ومن ضمن هذه الورش درّبت مؤسسة مخزومي على إعداد عجينة المرصبان من اللوز والفستق الحلبي وعلى تزيينها.
