The Environment and Development Program at Makhzoumi Foundation continues the implementation of its project “Yalla Nafroz”, that was launched in 2016, and includes the free distribution of sorting bins and collecting them periodically for recycling also free of charge. In this context, cooperation took place between Makhzoumi Foundation and the UN Global Compact Network Lebanon, whereby several bins were distributed to eleven schools and institutions within the network. Cooperation continues between the two parties with the aim of waste reduction and environmental protection.
يستمر برنامج البيئة والتنمية في مؤسسة مخزومي في مشروعه “يلا نفرز” الذي أطلقه في العام 2016، ويتضمن توزيع مستوعبات لفرز النفايات في بيروت مجانًا ثم تجميعها دوريًا لإعادة تدويرها وبشكل مجانيّ أيضًا. في هذا الإطار تم التعاون بين مؤسسة مخزومي وشبكة الاتفاق العالمي في لبنان، حيث وُزعت المستوعبات على أحد عشر مدرسة ومؤسسة ناشطة مع الشبكة. والتعاون مستمر بين الطرفين بهدف الحد من أزمة النفايات وحماية البيئة.
