Reusing discarded items and making use of them is what the Environment/Development Program at Makhzoumi Foundation is seeking to train kids to do. In addition, it brings them together in an atmosphere of warmth and familiarity, encouraging them to cooperate and enjoy their time with real companions rather than virtual ones offered by social media. In this environment of affection and direct human interaction, the children learned how to make Christmas and New Year decorations while also protecting the environment.

الإبداع في إعادة التدوير من أجل بيئة أفضل
إعادة استعمال الأغراض المهملة والاستفادة منها، هو ما يحاول برنامج البيئة والتنمية في مؤسسة مخزومي تدريب الأولاد عليه، إضافة الى جمعهم سويًا في جو من الإلفة، ليتعاونوا ويستمتعوا بأوقاتهم مع رفاق لهم حقيقيين غير وهميين، خلافًا للعلاقات الإفتراضية التي تتيحها وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي. في هذا الجو من المودة والعلاقات الإنسانية المباشرة، تعلّم الأولاد صنع زينة عيدي الميلاد ورأس السنة وحماية البيئة.
