Camille Chamoun Sports City in Beirut has been opened to receive displaced families and has been designated as a shelter center.
This step comes as part of the joint efforts with the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Lebanese Red Cross, the Lebanese Army, the management of the sports facilities at Sports City, and all partners, in cooperation with the Disaster Management Authority and the Operations Room, to ensure a safe place that welcomes families and provides them with essential support and services during these difficult circumstances.
Together, we continue to stand by our people with solidarity and responsibility.

افتتاح المدينة الرياضية رسميًا لاستقبال العائلات النازحة
تم افتتاح مدينة كميل شمعون الرياضية في بيروت لاستقبال العائلات النازحة واعتمادها كمركز إيواء.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار الجهود المشتركة مع مع وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية، ووزارة الشباب والرياضة، والصليب الأحمر اللبناني، والجيش اللبناني، وإدارة منشآة الرياضة في المدينة الرياضية، وكل الشركاء، بالتعاون مع هيئة إدارة الكوارث وغرفة العمليات، لتأمين مكان آمن يحتضن العائلات ويؤمّن لهم الدعم والخدمات الأساسية في هذه الظروف الصعبة.
معًا نستمر في الوقوف إلى جانب أهلنا بكل تضامن ومسؤولية.
