A delegation from Makhzoumi Foundation, headed by Mrs. May Makhzoumi, met with Minister of Information Dr. Paul Morcos in his office at the Ministry of Information in Sanayeh, in the presence of the General Manager of the Foundation, Mr. Samer Al Safah, and representatives of the Foundation.
The meeting addressed ways to strengthen cooperation between the two sides. Minister Morcos highlighted the key achievements of Télé Liban – Tallet El Khayat and Hazmieh – particularly in terms of administrative organization, content archiving, as well as maintenance and rehabilitation works. Discussions also covered the possibility of the Foundation contributing to the rehabilitation and maintenance of gardens, public squares, and streets named after media professionals.
The attendees further reviewed the current status of the Ministry of Information, its prospects for development, and ways to enhance joint cooperation in the upcoming phase.

تعزيز التعاون مع وزارة الإعلام
اجتمع وفد من مؤسسة مخزومي برئاسة السيدة مي مخزومي مع وزير الإعلام الدكتور بول مرقص في مكتبه بوزارة الإعلام – الصنائع، بحضور مدير عام مؤسسة مخزومي السيد سامر الصفح وممثلين عن المؤسسة.
وتناول اللقاء سبل تعزيز التعاون بين الجانبين، حيث عرض الوزير مرقص أبرز إنجازات تلفزيون لبنان – تلة الخياط والحازمية، لا سيما على صعيد التنظيم الإداري، وأرشفة المحتوى، وأعمال الصيانة والتأهيل. كما جرى التطرق إلى درس امكان مساهمة المؤسسة في تأهيل وصيانة حدائق وساحات وشوارع باسم الاعلاميين
كذلك بحث المجتمعون واقع وزارة الإعلام وآفاق تطويرها، وسبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك خلال المرحلة المقبلة.
