In preparation for the holidays, the Environment/Development Program at Makhzoumi Foundation held a chocolate molding workshop, during which the participants learned how to prepare chocolate with distinctive modern fillings, including Dubai chocolate, chocolate heart, chocolate balls stuffed with jelly Marche Mellow, in addition to traditional fillings.
إستعدادًا للأعياد أقام برنامج البيئة والتنمية في مؤسسة مخزومي ورشة عمل صبّ شوكولا، تعلّمت خلالها المشاركات كيفية إعداد الشوكولا بحشوات عصرية مميزة ومن بينها شوكولا دبي، وقلب من الشوكولا، وطابات الشوكولا المحشوة بالهلام، Marche mellow، إضافة الى الحشوات التقليدية.
