As part of efforts to promote women’s rights to housing, land, and property, the National Commission for Lebanese Women (NCLW), in collaboration with UN-Habitat and with the support of the Global Land Tool Network (GLTN), organized a conference entitled “Women’s Rights to Housing, Land, and Property: Recommendations and a Future Roadmap.”
The meeting aimed to present the results of research and surveys on women’s access to these rights, and to discuss key recommendations and future steps to enhance equality and empower women in Lebanon.
Makhzoumi Foundation participated in the conference alongside representatives from ministries, international organizations, and civil society, in support of national efforts to safeguard women’s rights and strengthen their role in development.

حقوق النساء في السكن والأرض
في إطار تعزيز حقوق النساء في السكن والأرض والملكية، نظّمت الهيئة الوطنية لشؤون المرأة اللبنانية بالتعاون مع UN-Habitat وبدعم من الشبكة العالمية لأدوات الأراضي (GLTN) مؤتمرًا بعنوان «حقوق النساء في السكن والأرض والملكية: توصيات وخارطة طريق مستقبلية».
يهدف اللقاء إلى عرض نتائج البحث واستطلاع الرأي حول وصول النساء إلى هذه الحقوق، ومناقشة أبرز التوصيات والخطوات المستقبلية لتعزيز المساواة وتمكين المرأة في لبنان.
شاركت مؤسسة مخزومي في المؤتمر إلى جانب ممثلين عن الوزارات والهيئات الدولية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، دعمًا للجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى ضمان حقوق النساء وتعزيز مشاركتهن في التنمية.
