نفّذ برنامج التنمية في مؤسسة مخزومي دورة تدريبية حول تزيين الكاتو بعجينة السكر، وذلك في قسم الحرفيات والفنون البيئية في منطقة المزرعة شارع بربور. خلال شهري أيلول وتشرين الأول 2017. شاركت في الدورة سيدات من بيروت وضواحيها، وتعلّمن كيفية إعداد الكاتو، وتشكيل زخرفات جميلة من عجينة السكر وتزيين الحلوى بها، للتلاءم مع المناسبات السعيدة كأعياد الأولاد والأعراس وكافة الأفراح.
