On the occasion of the nurses’ day 2019, the order of nurses in Lebanon organized a beautiful gathering at the order’s premises in Beirut to reunite all nurses in Lebanon.
The president of the order, Dr. Mirna Abi Abdulla Dumet in her speech, said that the nursing profession is the heart of the health sector. Nurses must be maintained by providing a good working environment for them. This is done by approving a series of professional development and good salaries, improving working shifts and determining the number of patients assigned to every nurse.
Makhzoumi Foundation nursing team was present at this commemoration.
بمناسبة يوم الممرضات 2019، نظمت نقابة الممرضات في لبنان لقاءًا جميلًا في مقر الجمعية في بيروت لجمع شمل جميع الممرضات في لبنان.
وقالت رئيسة النقابة، الدكتورة ميرنا أبي عبد الله ضومط في خطابها إن مهنة التمريض هي قلب القطاع الصحي، يجب الحفاظ على الممرضات والممرضين من خلال توفير بيئة عمل جيدة لهم، عبر طريق الموافقة على سلسلة من التطوير المهني والرواتب الجيدة ، وتحسين مناوبات العمل وتحديد عدد المرضى المعينين لكل ممرضة.
هذا وكان فريق التمريض في مؤسسة مخزومي حاضراً في هذا الاحتفال.
