In line with the environmental mission of the Makhzoumi Foundation and its commitment to preserving green spaces, the Environment and Development Program at the Foundation donated 200 pomegranate saplings (Lavani, sweet, and sour varieties) to the town of Jaj in the Byblos district, in collaboration with the NGO “Human for Environment and Development Association” (HEAD).
These saplings were planted during an environmental day held at the Jaj Cedar Reserve, organized by Lions Lebanon Host. Cooperation continues with HEAD and other environmental and social organizations, as well as with municipalities across Lebanon, with the aim of protecting the environment and promoting sustainability.

غرسات لمستقبل أكثر خضرة
عملا برسالة مؤسسة مخزومي البيئية وسعيها للحفاظ على المساحات الخضراء، قدّم برنامج البيئة والتنمية في المؤسسة مئتي غرسة رمان (لفاني وحلو وحامض) الى بلدة جاج في قضاء جبيل، وذلك بالتعاون مع “جمعية إنسان للبيئة والتنمية” (HEAD). تمّ غرس هذه الشجيرات خلال يوم بيئي في محمية أرز جاج، نظّمه نادي Lions Lebanon Host. والتعاون مستمر مع جمعية HEAD وغيرها من الجمعيات البيئية والاجتماعية، ومع البلديات على مختلف الأراضي اللبنانية بهدف الحفاظ على البيئة وتعزيز الاستدامة.
