With the spring here, the festival season is on. The Barbour Street Festival on March 17 and 18 was an opportunity for fun and shopping at the same time. Participants from all over the famous street presented their items and food in a musical atmosphere.
The festival was divided into different sections including the food court along the street, environmental shows and entertainment games, singers and musicians.
Makhzoumi Foundation booth presented educational awareness about different health issues and the team distributed more than 400 vouchers for community members to have free blood tests and medical examinations at the Foundation’s primary healthcare center in Barbour. On Sunday the team also invited the festival’s visitors to know more about the Foundation’s rest of programs including the vocational training, the microcredit and the development.
