Since establishing the Relief and Humanitarian Services Unit in 2011, #MakhzoumiFoundation has provided psychosocial support #PSS during all the crises Lebanon has faced, including displacement, refugee influx, explosions, pandemics, and more. These efforts have helped children in affected communities adapt and build resilience. With the ongoing war in Lebanon, field teams are doing their utmost to support affected children and families, reaching over 2,515 children through more than 190 recreational activity sessions in #Beirut and #MountLebanon. The activities include awareness sessions promoting personal hygiene, psychological first aid sessions, physical sports, drawing, and coloring, all aimed at building a community better equipped to face challenges.
منذ تأسيس وحدة الإغاثة والخدمات الإنسانية عام ٢٠١١، واصلت #مؤسسة_مخزومي تقديم الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي خلال جميع الأزمات التي مرّ بها #لبنان، من لجوء، نزوح، انفجارات، جوائح وغيرها. وساعدت هذه الجهود الأطفال في المجتمعات المتضررة على التكيف والصمود. واليوم، ومع الحرب المستمرة على لبنان، تبذل الفرق في الميدان قصارى جهدها لدعم الأطفال والعائلات المتأثرة، حيث ساعدوا أكثر من ٢٥١٥ طفل من خلال أكثر من ١٩٠ جلسة نشاطات ترفيهية في #بيروت و#جبل_لبنان. وتنوّعت النشاطات بين جلسات التوعية للترويج للنظافة الشخصية، والإسعافات الأولية النفسية، إلى جانب حلقات الرياضة الجسدية، الرسم، والتلوين، بهدف بناء مجتمع أكثر استعداداً لمواجهة التحديات.
