Because youth empowerment is one of our main goals, we never spare a chance to encourage them to take charge of their lives, take action in order to improve their access to resources and transform their consciousness through their beliefs, values, and attitudes.
The Apprenticeship Program in the HR Department is a special module that helps fresh grads and under grads to experience real tasks and professional sessions (Online and Class sessions).
Makhzoumi Foundation started off with the first batch in which they were given the opportunity to hold/attend sessions, where they got to learn more information about HR itself and apply the office work at the Foundation. Then the second team came in, where the first batch took over by training them in fulfilling tasks, and now both batches are working together as one team in order to welcome the third batch!
Through such programs, Makhzoumi Foundations empowers youth, by giving the real life experience on work atmosphere, CV experience and job opportunities!
نظرًا لأن تمكين الشباب هو أحد أهدافنا الرئيسية ، فإننا لا ندخر أبدًا فرصة لتشجيعهم على تحمل المسؤولية عن حياتهم واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحسين وصولهم إلى الموارد وتوعيتهم من خلال معتقداتهم وقيمهم ومواقفهم.
برنامج التدريب في قسم الموارد البشرية عبارة عن وحدة خاصة تساعد الخريجين الجدد والطلاب الجامعيين على تجربة المهام الحقيقية والجلسات المهنية (جلسات عبر الإنترنت وجلسات الفصل).
بدأت مؤسسة مخزومي بالدفعة الأولى التي أتيحت لهم فيها فرصة عقد / حضور الجلسات، حيث حصلوا على مزيد من المعلومات حول الموارد البشرية وتطبيق العمل المكتبي في المؤسسة. ثم جاء الفريق الثاني، حيث تولت الدفعة الأولى تدريبهم على إنجاز المهام، والآن تعمل كلتا المجموعتين معًا كفريق واحد من أجل الترحيب بالدفعة الثالثة!
من خلال مثل هذه البرامج، تعمل مؤسسة مخزومي على تمكين الشباب، من خلال تقديم تجربة الحياة الحقيقية في جو العمل، وإضافة خبرة للسيرة الذاتية وفرص عمل!
